Lynn Nielsen

Owner & Financial Operations Manager

Lynn Nielsen never imagined she’d one day be running a successful plumbing and HVAC company—but here she is, killing the game as the proud Owner and Financial Operations Manager of Plumbing In Pink.

With a sharp eye for detail and a heart for people, Lynn balances the numbers with a passion for team spirit. She thrives on the camaraderie, laughter, and fun that flow through the workplace each day, and credits her amazing crew for making Plumbing In Pink not just a company, but a family.

When she’s not crunching numbers or supporting her team, Lynn is all about good vibes and the great outdoors. She loves spending time with her dogs, getting off the grid for some camping and hiking, and winding down with her all-time favorite comfort food: cheese pizza.

Lynn leads with heart, humor, and a belief that work can be both impactful and fun—and her team wouldn’t have it any other way.

Laurie Hensley

JG Levenson

Dispatcher

After a few years away finding herself in the vibrant city of New Orleans, JG Levenson is back with the Plumbing In Pink team—and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Now serving as our ever-reliable Dispatcher, JG is often the first voice customers hear when the unexpected hits—and they instantly feel better for it.

She and her fiancé, Trevor, left for New Orleans as a couple and returned as a trio with the arrival of their beautiful baby girl, Poppy. JG is loving every minute of motherhood, all while bringing her signature energy and heart back to the job she loves.

Known for her quirky charm, empathetic nature, and a voice that puts even the most panicked callers at ease, JG is a natural at helping customers through tough plumbing and HVAC moments. Her compassion, warmth, and can-do spirit make her a favorite among customers and teammates alike.

When she’s not juggling dispatch calls or baby snuggles, you’ll likely find JG vibing to her favorite band—Fleetwood Mac—because a little classic rock magic never hurts when you’re keeping everything running smoothly.
