I was impressed with PIP response and service! I have called other well known companies in the past and was shocked at the quotes received. After a recommendation from a friend my wife schedule PIP to come checkout our water heater leak. The technician (sorry I forgot the name) had the immediate issue, a leak on top of heater, corrected within minutes. He checked some other items while he was there and identified the relief tank was defective. I was pleasantly surprised at the quote. We had the repairs scheduled before he left.“Barry” came out to do repairs as scheduled. He was very friendly and didn’t mind me asking him about what he was doing. He had the parts changed out quickly and we haven’t had any issue with said repairs. Both technicians had only positive things to say about working at PIP. I will call then for any future plumbing and hvac needs.Thanks PIP!
