Co-Owner / Financial Operations Manager
Meet Lynn! She is the Co-Owner/Financial Operations Manager and has been with the company for quite some time. The camaraderie and fun environment of Plumbing In Pink are what Lynn enjoys most about work. Originally from Long Island, New York, Lynn has been married to her husband, Rusty, since 2016. She recognized that owning his own plumbing company was a dream of Rusty’s, and together they made that dream a reality.
Lynn’s favorite part of her job is the amazing team she gets to work with, but she also loves to travel, read, hike, and go camping. (She also loves a good cheese pizza and could eat it every day for life!)
Co-Owner / Operations Manager
Meet Rusty! Hailing from Greenville, South Carolina, Rusty is the Co-Owner/Operations Manager of Plumbing In Pink (and has been with the company since the beginning of time!), and he loves serving the community he was raised in. He has been in the plumbing industry for over 30 years and is a third-generation plumber, having learned the trade from his father. What motivates him to do what he does every day? “Plumbing is a skilled trade that will always be essential and necessary. Plumbing and HVAC services are on the frontline during a crisis.”
Rusty has been married to his wife, Lynn, since 2016, and they have a daughter, two dogs, and six cats. He enjoys watching Liverpool Football Club, spending time with old friends (and making new ones!), and traveling the world with his wife.
Office Manager / Dispatch
Meet Laurie! Ten years seems like a long time, doesn’t it? Well, that’s how long Laurie has been in this industry! She’s been with Plumbing In Pink for four years and serves the team as the Office Manager/Dispatch (which allows her to utilize her organizational, people, and technical skills). She was also raised in Taylors, South Carolina, and loves the culture of the company and the people she works with. Her favorite part of her job? “Amazing customers and a top-notch team.”
Laurie has been married to her husband, Cale, for 11 years, and they have five kids and two grandchildren—but don’t forget their dog, Dabo! She is also a huge Clemson Tigers fan, loves to cook, and is learning to play the harmonica.
Plumber’s Apprentice / Warehouse Manager
Meet Jason! Working as a Plumbing Technician/Warehouse Manager, Jason has been with Plumbing In Pink for five years. Fortunately, he got into this trade when he needed a job—and Rusty was hiring! (And we love having him as part of our incredible team!) Jason enjoys being in a new environment every day and getting to meet new people.
Jason and his wife, Debbie, have been together for 15 years, and together they have four children and one grandson. They also have two dogs—one that is theirs and one that won’t leave their house! Jason also enjoys outdoor activities (except shoveling snow), and a fun fact about him is that he only has one ankle.
Plumbing & HVAC Technician
Meet Cody! Cody hails from Laurens, South Carolina, and currently works as a Plumbing/HVAC Technician. He has been at Plumbing In Pink for three months, but has been in the trade for seven years. His favorite part of the job? Getting to work with Barry! He also loves being able to work with customers and make a difference in people’s lives.
Cody has proudly served in the National Guard for seven years. He is also an avid NASCAR enthusiast.
Meet Trevor! Having grown up in Taylors, South Carolina, Trevor joined Plumbing In Pink as a Junior Plumber two and a half years ago. The ability to learn a trade that will serve him for life drew him to this industry.
Trevor has five siblings (three sisters and two brothers). As a close-knit family, he and his siblings spend a lot of time together and with their parents. He also enjoys hiking and camping, as well as spending time with his girlfriend, JG. In bad weather, Trevor can be found playing video games and enjoying all around relaxation (if he’s not participating in live action roleplay for fun).
Plumbing Apprentice
Meet Mason! Originally from Fountain Inn, South Carolina, Mason currently serves Plumbing In Pink as a Plumbing Apprentice. He has worked with us for six months, and we look forward to seeing him grow and learn! What drew him to plumbing was the desire to do something hands-on that he could make a career out of. Learning new things and enjoying the people he works with are his two favorite things about working for Plumbing In Pink—and we couldn’t agree more!
Mason graduated from Hillcrest High School in 2021 and has an older sister and a dog named Otis.
